Why have a branch if you’re going to direct customers to the ATM and expect customers to know what services are offered at every “branch” location?!!! Yet, three CIBC employees are sitting around doing nothing while on their phones texting/surfing the internet. I waited 5 or 6 minutes before any one of the three even acknowledged me. Also, why isn’t the ATM open 24hrs when is separated by locked doors when the branch is closed? I wish I could give zero stars. Such poor service. CIBC should be ashamed!!
ATM ONLY. Branch is useless. Same with the one in city place.
