Left 4 unanswered voice mails. Went in and they said there is only 2 people working here so no time to check voicemails. This is CIBC !
Extremely disappointing customer service. I stood at the front desk for several minutes with no one bothering to come out and assist me. An employee was sitting in his office, clearly aware that I was waiting, yet made no effort to help. The entire reason I came to the branch was because the phone line had an estimated 60-minute wait. I expected better service in person, but apparently that was too much to ask. Customers shouldn’t have to chase a bank just to get basic service. Its hard to imagine that this branch,use to be very good,and not sure what happened,it is hands down the worst branch in all banking.I have been here for 40 years,and now in the process of moving to another bank.Grace called me to set up an appointment with Suggam,at the point,I said I was no longer interested in seeing him,won't even get into that.She told me she would check with her manager and get back to me,that was 6 weeks ago.I called today,you can't speak to anyone,only leave message,im patiently waiting,for a call ba... read more
