Tried calling to talk with employee, cannot connect with anyone unless you know extension or name. Useless!!
Does nobody work here? Came in at 3:15 on Saturday and there was no staff present. Update your hours.
I’m glad to see I am not the only one that thinks this facility is useless. Sitting outside the closed bank that is supposed to be open today. Worst bank ever.
Bank employee claimed I couldn’t do something I just did the day before. When I informed him of that fact, he then told me to wait for someone else who was already with a customer so I just left. Great service.
Bad customer service! Our last visit was very insulting. We have been with them for over 15 years and we can’t wait to close all of our accounts with them!
