I went here to open an investment account and then the person in charge Andrew Thorn told me that I needed a Canadian photo ID as I only have the health card and passport. I made my rent payment on 1 August and these money are lost. I got a letter from my landlord about my eviction. I made a lot of phone calls to cibc and wrote a lot of emails ,but no body helped. Today I was charged 25$ for unknown cibc service
Broken CIBC branch. You can get an account, but that's all they do. Useless, go literally anywhere else.
Ok so I’ve been shopping for a new bank because BMO isn’t making me feel good about anything lately even tho ive been with them for more then 10 years. So I came to this location the other day and no one at this branch wanted to help me. Non of them didn’t welcome me to their branch. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me.
