Only one teller works here. Also, if you have a car don’t bother trying to park here.
Bring back tellers. This whole digital thing doesn’t work. Having 1 person at the help desk serving a line up doesn’t work. Time is money. I’m not trying to spend time in line.
Unprofessional attitude of the employees, lady on the reception not confident in her responsibilities and operation work, made two mistakes on the documents and told , it’s not my mistake!) - nice reply, isn’t it.
