This location is the absolute WORST. Good luck getting anyone to help you. Even if there are people working, they’re rude, and will literally ignore you as you wait forever. Terrible bank. CIBC has completely gone down hill.
Very poor service. It feels like the bank is getting worse every week. The mobile app lags, the staff can never solve your problem, they waste your time and then ,they are saying -“we couldn't do it”. I was waiting two months for my credit card but never received it.
One of this branch employee called me saying they have an "one-day-only GIC offer" to me on Sept 3. And he lied to me this is redeemable GIC but actual it is not! I just simply cannot believe someone working this CIBC branch use this cheap unprofessional sales pitch in 2025 and such incompetent of banking job.
0 stars for this location!!!! Worst customer service ever! I made an appointment to see a financial advisor and when I showed up I was told that she was on vacation. There was literally no staff in the branch and I was told by the one person there that nobody else can help me. No apologies. No regard for my time. Just soooo unprofessional. I will never go back here.
