I now understand the poor quality of reviews for this branch. I've been trying to call them for three days and no one answer answers and no one responds to voicemail. Telephone banking tells me to call the branch, but what the heck am I supposed to do if the branch doesn't respond??? I now left the branch manager, Richard a voicemail let's see if he does his job
Not for everyday banking, just an advisory branch.
CIBC has terrible fraud security.
Had a terrible experience with the branch. I went there to get my debit card and the staff told me to get it online instead. They were rude and did not know that getting it online would mean that I am unable to login with my app for the interim period when my card is disabled.
