Garbage. Second CIBC I have visited that doesn't accept coin and cash deposits because they're too cheap to hire tellers. Super disappointed and a waste of time. Not everyone drives and has time to check each cibc to see which ones accept what currency. I used like CIBC, but I am seriously considering changing banks. They make so much money off of people but are too cheap to pay 18 dollars an hour for tellers. Gross. I wouldn't recommend this bank.
One teller, incredibly long wait, and they don’t accept cash deposits!
Today I visited the CIBC branch and needed help with a check, fortunately Joseph helped me with great knowledge and kindness. He also informed me about other issues related to my bank account. Excellent service, I wish every bank had such an employee like Joseph! Thank you!
This CIBC branch is a treasure. I have been banking here for a while , my financial adviser Tony is the best. He picks up the phone whenever I call or returns my call and anything that I need to be done is done within the day. I am so happy with the branch and I hope CIBC will recognize the good job that their staff does.
