AMAZING customer service. This branch has done a full 180 in my eyes. Chris helped me with setting up a new card and was extremely friendly and super helpful. I used to hate this branch but it’s definitely on the up. 5 stars!
Very Disappointed with the Service I visited this branch three times and met with different staff members, including the manager, but no one was able to help me. The service felt unprofessional and not supportive. When I went to a different location, they explained everything clearly and fixed my issue right away. The difference in service was very clear.
