Very bad experience, I walked in the bank and ask for a statement. The staff just tell me that they don’t have teller in this location, they can’t search anything for me. I don’t understand it’s just an easy statement, why they can’t do it and send me to somewhere else. I’am very disappointed, will never use this bank.

Its a Branch but they dont have tellers, it will be good to have better communication on that that to avoid wasting our time

Could you guys please tell why the CIBC have started FHSA account, when I booked appointment in this bank, all the time they are telling me that they doesn't have persons who have license to do it. And this is being so long they are telling me the same reason again and again!!!!.

I walked in 25 min before closing. The manger named Michelle F. told me they didn’t have enough time to open accounts with 3 people working there( there was one customer). She also refused to find me another CIBC branch near by that's open until late. It all worked out at the end because I drove 2 min to go to an RBC branch and they opened them for me. They also said it’s not the first time they had unhappy customers come from this CIBC branch. Enough said.
