Terrible Service Terrible service. The staff were not helpful. I lost my debit card and simply asked them to replace it, but they gave me a phone number to call. I went to another branch, and they resolved the issue right away. Very disappointing experience.
Very bad experience, I walked in the bank and ask for a statement. The staff just tell me that they don’t have teller in this location, they can’t search anything for me. I don’t understand it’s just an easy statement, why they can’t do it and send me to somewhere else. I’am very disappointed, will never use this bank.
Its a Branch but they dont have tellers, it will be good to have better communication on that that to avoid wasting our time

Could you guys please tell why the CIBC have started FHSA account, when I booked appointment in this bank, all the time they are telling me that they doesn't have persons who have license to do it. And this is being so long they are telling me the same reason again and again!!!!.
