I visited the branch to update the residential address and residency status on my mother’s account, as she permanently left Canada in September 2023 and is required to keep her information accurate. From the beginning, the employee appeared unwilling to assist and attempted to send me away immediately, directing me to call the number on the back of the card. $4.50 for a withdrawal fee from an ATM machine is ludicrous and should be criminal you guys don't make enough money?
Redesigned interior with no tellers. No one at the front making customers wait for an undetermined time and no way to indicate your arrival. Terrible
Worst customer service experience. Staff looks at you standing to be served and walks away. I work around this area and have gone to this branch 5 separate times during my break just to get my home address changed, no one bothered to even say hello, let alone help me with this simple request. 0.0 stars
I came an hour before closing on a Saturday to do a wire transfer. Annie helped me and she was amazing. She helped me with my financial needs but was also personable and kind! It was a really good experience.
