I hadn't even seen this location had 2 stars and went, got horrible service, decided to write a review and only then discovered the 2 stars. Glad I'm not alone.
I just visited this branch and had one of the most disappointing experiences I've encountered at a financial institution. Upon entering, there was no staff member at the entrance, no teller available, and no salesperson to assist. I stood there waiting for help, clearly visible, yet the only employee present, sitting in an office with a laptop, made eye contact but chose to ignore me entirely. Not a real bank branch. Just an ATM with an untrained salesperson on site. The only things you can do there are things you can do from an ATM.
