ATMs only open during business hours… seems pointless
quite sick and tired of banks being obviously anti-homeless and therefore making it impossible for their customers to access the ATM. if you're going to lock up the ATM section as early as 5pm on a weekday, please install outdoor ATMs. extremely frustrating.
