I just visited this branch and had one of the most disappointing experiences I've encountered at a financial institution. Upon entering, there was no staff member at the entrance, no teller available, and no salesperson to assist. I stood there waiting for help, clearly visible, yet the only employee present, sitting in an office with a laptop, made eye contact but chose to ignore me entirely. Not a real bank branch. Just an ATM with an untrained salesperson on site. The only things you can do there are things you can do from an ATM.

Update:: confirmation email received that head office has escaled. Thanks! Bad enough that the ATM is closed after 5 and weekends due to the low life were going in there trashing the place and attempting to get money from clients. And there's no space to build ATM outside.The staff are useless and lazy! The one person Joseph who was helpful transferred to another branch. Please hire someone to represent this branch who at least understands customer service .
