Horrible company!!! Stay away!!! I’ve moved out of the country and they stole $22,000 from a man in his 60s!! This was my retirement savings and money I saved to travel and stay with family abroad!! I have no access, they take advantage of seniors!!!
Avoid this branch at all costs
Apparently there's only 2 employees that work there? And you need to make an appointment a week in advance where they may or may not see you and could cancel at the last minute.
Not professional. I was helped by Gautam and he was not very communicative nor professional. I was told that I would be contacted when my card arrives. Far past the time it was meant to arrive I emailed him and was ignored. Very bad experience with this representative and this branch.
