So people can open a chequing account online, but to do it in person you have to book an appointment ahead of time? Real convenient for those who live far from the city and work whenever you're open.
This branch should be shut down. It offers no customer service and no one has the authority to do anything. What's the point of this "branch"? It just a building costing shareholders money while offering no value to their clients. It actually frustrates people so much they leave CIBC for another bank.
