This branch should be shut down. It offers no customer service and no one has the authority to do anything. What's the point of this "branch"? It just a building costing shareholders money while offering no value to their clients. It actually frustrates people so much they leave CIBC for another bank.

Terrible bank. Been trying to reach them for two days never get any answers. Every single email you are given responds away from the office. Stay away from this bank terrible customer service. They used to be good but have gone downhill.
