Booked an appointment with investment specialist, ended up he didn’t show up without notification. Very unprofessional behaviour.
I am client of this branch and actually it is my home branch. I was happy with that for a few years, but after new staff came , it is changing the worst branch I have ever worked with and am going to change it. Actually the staff is making the rating of a branch and new team made it worst.
The changes in this branch are evident and I changed my opinion from 1 star to 5 stars.✨
Sitting here more than 15 minutes and few other people are after me and no one helping at all. At least 4 employees are going around and ignoring us. Zero customer service.
