I had a very disappointing experience with financial advisor Mica Luo at this branch. I clearly explained that I had already applied for a CIBC credit card online, my credit report had already been pulled, and the application was conditionally approved. I came to the branch only to update/verify my ID. However, Ms. Luo did not ask for my application reference number and immediately said she could not find my application. I went to this branch today. I wanted to open a GIC. I asked the front desk person who responded, yes, I could do that there through an investment advisor. He added that today and tomorrow, all the advisors were busy. That perhaps Thursday or Friday might be possible. I asked whether I could that with a phone call. He said yes but he does not know whether they will validate my identity! In short, low engaging responses. I turned around.

Quite a useless branch, if I am diverted to other locations for the most basic things. I only used the atm before because of their limited hours.
