Worst branch of CIBC no one in front disc and when asked for help to pay a bill I was denied
We visited the branch today, October 2nd around 3:30 pm They refused to serve us, telling us they were busy and had a meeting! Knowing that we have an accounts there and will be switching to TD for sure, a simple phone number update is not happening. My second CIBC Visit, as the first attempt, the girl totally blocked the number instead of fixing it for OTP issue!
