Made phone appointment with Sarah for 10am. No one called me for the whole morning. Left a message in Sarah's voice mail and another one in the Branch's central voicemail. Still no one called me. Very frustrating, seems like they are not interested to do business with customers.
I went the branch we some help in my account and I was welcomed by Sarah Zaidi She was amazing and very professional and very helpful and she got my problem fixed which made my day I really appreciate this is one of the reasons I will recommend this brach If there is more than 5 starts I promise I would have give it
