Every visit, puts me in a fix in order to find out which experience is worse, the current one or the previous one. Have no words to explain, looks like there is a significant learning curve issue..and it never gets better.

Made phone appointment with Sarah for 10am. No one called me for the whole morning. Left a message in Sarah's voice mail and another one in the Branch's central voicemail. Still no one called me. Very frustrating, seems like they are not interested to do business with customers.
