Not even 1 teller at the desk. Ridiculous.
No customer service at all. This CIBC branch should be closed down, shouldn’t be there. They can’t help you with anything

Not my branch, but I booked an appointment with Nasr Khan, he is the best!! He helped me and went beyond by recommending whats best for ME Being such smart, trusted, knowledgeable and working on the best interests of his clients Lucky CIBC for having such advisors, they never turned me away with a bad experience!
We had some complicated estate issues to deal with and really appreciated the help at this branch, mainly from Sonia. She was kind, patient and understanding of what we were going through, I appreciated her help through all of it.
