This is not a real branch. The workers inside sit at the table and don’t address you when you walk in. When I approached them to ask for help, they pointed at the ATM and said that that’s all the help they can offer. This should not be listed as a branch when simple services cannot be completed.
Extremely unhappy with the service today 19 Aug 2025. I was told when I got my bank draft that I could come to this branch to deposit it for immediate credit. I traveled almost two hours specifically for this, only to be refused by the staff(Young Asian lady)at the counter. My time was completely wasted, and the interaction was not handled politely either. This is not the level of service I expect from CIBC, and I am very disappointed…
Had a great experience in branch today. Alfred and Adrian helped me and my wife set up newcomer accounts They were both so friendly and helpful, and explained every part as it's very new for us arriving to Canada. Thank you again!

was trying to pay a bill but the guy told me he can’t do it saying that it is an incomplete branch and advised me to go to the airport (open at that time) and claim that it is a complete branch. Completely misleading causing me to waste my time and gas!
