was trying to pay a bill but the guy told me he can’t do it saying that it is an incomplete branch and advised me to go to the airport (open at that time) and claim that it is a complete branch. Completely misleading causing me to waste my time and gas!
Why has it on Google that this is a branch, if this is just an advisor center? Just to have the people go there and waste time, like I did? That is so disappointing! Even the work said: i feel bad for you, go online and mention that on the review.
Very bad experience with cibc. Tried to apply for a simple credit card and was made to wait for 1 hour. After which I was told by Mr. Aakash Savalkar that I had to call cibc mobile banking to apply for the same card. Now when I am calling mobile banking they are telling me to go back to the branch. Absolutely no communication between departments and no one knows what's really going on. Everyone running around like headless chickens.
I went to cibc earlier this morning. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience. The woman who assisted me, an Indian girl at the front desk, was quite rude. Her attitude made me feel like I was bothering her just by asking questions, and she didn’t seem willing to help.
