Opened an RESP account for my kids when they were born- a family account for 3 kids, have had it open with them for 12 years. I'm a long time client of CIBC, I recently relocate to Langley and need to find a new advisor because my ex advisor is not licensed to practice in BC. Marlo Conrad, the financial associate, seems doesn't want to take new client, asked very annoying questions after seeing my profile. Why I need to change advisor? Why not just call the help center and they will assign me to one advisor. He said he will call me to set up an appointment with the financial advisor but no call after 2 weeks.
