Does not care for your time kept me waiting for so long that I eventually just walked out
I went to this branch asking help regarding Line of Credit listed in my credit report, Mihaele W. help me even I don’t have account with CIBC. She greeted me with warm smile and friendly approach. Thank you for assisting my concern.
So far the worst branch I’ve ever visited went there at 3:15 pm when the bank was closing at 4 and I was being told to leave and visit another branch. Mike was so unprofessional and he seemed unbothered even after I waited for 20 to 25 minutes to just get wire transfer done. I won’t recommend anyone to visit them rather opt for a different bank.
I never quite understood why they have a phone if they never answer?!? Got to love the banking system. Take your money but never answer your phone when they have it.
I was hesitate with the negative reviews, but we went in to complete the paperwork to set up my son’s first bank account, and all worked out without any issues. Samer was the financial services representative who assisted us and he answered all of our questions and was very personable with my son who was excited to set up his account.
