People had similar experiences with Martin in CIBC Clair branch in Guelph. So I don't need to elaborate much. So unprofessional and rude person sitting to welcome their customers. Was there to start an investment account but turned me away within seconds. Feel ashamed we are depending on a bank which employs people with such unprofessional attitude.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would go below that. I had a very disappointing experience at this CIBC branch due to the unprofessional conduct of the branch manager, Martins. As soon as I walked in, Martins was on his personal phone, seemingly having a casual conversation, and made no effort to acknowledge me promptly or professionally. I've been telling the manager and numerous staff the drive thru bank machine only accepts deposits intermittently for the past 6 months. Nobody gets it fixed!
