I like these people. Stuff blows around a lot outside the door, hang onto your papers. Sometimes there's a homeless guy over in the corner, but the people in the bank always seemed to provide good service.
I am writing on behalf of my 96 year old grandfather, who went into the branch on December 4th, 2025, in order to get his pension documents signed. Upon arriving, he was told by the bank manager that they don't sign pension documents anymore. He was not offered an alternative or an explanation as to why; he was simply told "no", despite having this done by the bank over the last number of years.
