To only have a ATM available from 8 am to 8 pm is quite the annoyance! And to be told to drive 10 -15 mins to another location outside of these hours is laughable. This is the only major bank in this area (compared to TD, Scotia, RBC) who doesn't have an ATM outside with a drive thru.
Why aren’t the ATMs available 24/7? Are you afraid someone’s gonna steal them or something? Why does it close at 5pm right after people get off work? What a ridiculous branch, stupid design, just close this pathetic place and stop wasting peoples time.
I showed up to deposit some coin rolls but was told "We dont carry cash." It's a bank. I have cash. This shouldnt be an issue.
