I am writing on behalf of my 96 year old grandfather, who went into the branch on December 4th, 2025, in order to get his pension documents signed. Upon arriving, he was told by the bank manager that they don't sign pension documents anymore. He was not offered an alternative or an explanation as to why; he was simply told "no", despite having this done by the bank over the last number of years. To only have a ATM available from 8 am to 8 pm is quite the annoyance! And to be told to drive 10 -15 mins to another location outside of these hours is laughable. This is the only major bank in this area (compared to TD, Scotia, RBC) who doesn't have an ATM outside with a drive thru.
Why aren’t the ATMs available 24/7? Are you afraid someone’s gonna steal them or something? Why does it close at 5pm right after people get off work? What a ridiculous branch, stupid design, just close this pathetic place and stop wasting peoples time.
