Why aren’t the ATMs available 24/7? Are you afraid someone’s gonna steal them or something? Why does it close at 5pm right after people get off work? What a ridiculous branch, stupid design, just close this pathetic place and stop wasting peoples time.
I showed up to deposit some coin rolls but was told "We dont carry cash." It's a bank. I have cash. This shouldnt be an issue.

Cibc never answers their phones and when you leave a message for anyone who works there, they don't call you back. If you try to talk to someone live you will be redirected to a cibc credit card company that has zero information or help in any way shape or form.
