Cibc never answers their phones and when you leave a message for anyone who works there, they don't call you back. If you try to talk to someone live you will be redirected to a cibc credit card company that has zero information or help in any way shape or form.
Bring bad the tellers ...customers service is questionable..manager does not follow up with staff ..even staff has made comments to this
Great staff, but the location isn’t car friendly. Cibc needs to be more responsible and let go of this tiny location and open a real bank. The location and physical store itself is pathetic. It will be 2025 soon. Get with the times Cibc.
