Amazing Branch , All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff at this branch are exceptional I've dealt with many of the financial advisors and the manager and they always go above and beyond.
Friendly and cooperative staff. Nayyir helped me a lot and dedicated his time to solving my issue with a credit card. Generally, staff has limited access to modify credit cards, which results in lots of back and forth with back system. As a result, it is a month passed, and the issue with taking a new credit card has not been solved.
I visited this CIBC Branch today. My experience was very positive. I was greeted by Eric upon my arrival. I explained my issue and he got right down to it and resolved my problem. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks so much Eric for your help!
It is the worst bank ever in Canada, their employees very very low profile and they don’t know anything and system full of technical problems, save your time choose another bank
