Apparently this brand is NOT a full service branch and therefore they do not help their clients with wire transfers. Bizarre.

I am from the United States. I used this ATM to withdraw CAD. I expected a fee which was just as high as many other banks in both countries. However, I was also charged 7.5% for the currency exchange. That is outrageous. This transactions happen electronically. That charge is just gouging the customer.
