Wish i could rate as zero. Despite having an account here for 5 years they hold deposits for 2 weeks. Then, when you go to close your account because they held your deposit for 2 weeks they refuse to pay your accrued interest. Stay away, and ill be looking into contacting the attorney generals office
Switching to CIBC from Chase has been great. Been with them for about a year and have had 0 issues. Every time I’ve went into a branch, I’ve had excellent service, have had 0 issues with my banking since. Sure, it takes a bit longer to be able to use mobile deposits. I unfortunately had my card stolen 4x over a single holiday season with my previous bank before I got fed up. Couldn’t be happier with CIBC so far.
