The ATM is NOT 24/7. I came here to pull money out at 11pm, and the doors were locked. During the summer months, the doors are unlocked 24/7 so you can use the ATM. Now that it has been cold, they lock the doors because they worry people will try and warm up in the building when they are outside freezing. Even though they have an on-site security guard. No need for him to be there if you're locking the doors to your customers who pay bank fees every month for a service that you withhold.
Not open 24/7. When I come for ATM around 10pm, and the door lock is ready.
