👎Unfortunately, this CIBC branch has a few serious issues. As soon as you enter through the main entrance, there is a very strong and unpleasant urine-like odor that makes the whole entrance area uncomfortable.🤢🤮🤢 Also, the ATMs are very often out of service. You frequently cannot deposit money or withdraw cash because the machines are not working properly. Overall, the cleanliness and smell of the branch need significant improvement, and the ATM service needs to be more reliable.

Serait-il possible de laisser le guichet automatique ouvert le soir et/ou la nuit? Il est 23h30 et la porte est barrée, le comptoir je comprends très bien, mais il me semble que ça fait pas de sens que tous les guichets automatiques CIBC ne soit pas accessible en soirée. Pour vrai, ça fait longtemps que je suis avec CIBC, mais depuis que je suis à Montréal, je pense sérieusement à changer de banque à cause de ça, c'est vraiment pas pratique.

I tried to withdraw money and when I saw that the ATM did not recognize the full banknotes, I asked for the money to be returned. The machine kept 50 CAD, and I was unable to solve the problem. Be careful with this ATM, as it is not part of an official branch, according to what I was told at the bank.

The ATM Ate 60$ of mine and never deposited it then the staff said they filed a claim and did absolutely nothing! Awful bank don’t trust the machines with your hard earned cash!!
