Today I visited this horrible place , where manager just was so lazy that she sent me to different branch telling me that only my branch can help me with unblocking my account, when I went to my branch I asked if it was nessesery to go to them , they said absolutely not !!! That I could do that in every Cibc branch ) so Mam that works there, if you don’t like your job just find another one and don’t waste people time ))
No ATM in a major downtown street or directions to another one Smh
Unbelievably inconsistent with their hours of availability for their atm. Sometimes the atm area is open Saturdays, sometimes their not. Some Friday evenings its open, other times its not.
I never had a bank in one of the most busy areas closed the ATM with no access. Thank god I have a bmo account and for sure no more CIBC bank account unless they do something about this.
I would highly recommend opening an account with this branche of CIBC, the stuff is just amazing especially Julie and Mitch they are kind, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good energy!
