The drive up ATM has not been working for over a week!
I first came to this location due to its convenience. It's an ideal location for me and my needs. I stay not only because of that but because of the exceptional customer service I have received. From the tellers to the bankers to the branch manager you cannot find a nicer, professional group of folks. One person in particular stands out for me and that is Maggie the branch manager. Great Customer service, I was waiting on my debit card to for over few weeks, went and the manager helped me very committed and assured my problem was resolved.
Very strange establishment! Some of The staff are nice people The banking manager is racist the way she treats ppl of color needs to be looked into. If your African American & want to use that coin machine or open a CD & have to deal with her? GO ELSEWHERE
