honestly the rudest people ever. they rescheduled us 3 times and then when we finally got in they said that said we no longer can see you. They couldn’t have said anything before we go there had me drive all the way out there to deal with their bullshit. We couldn’t even be seen and the front desk had the worst attitude it was disgusting.

Kenesha never answer her phone or return calls or respond to voice mails. Folks have things that they are dealing with and this 1st point of contact is awful
This has to be the worst office! It's sooo difficult getting anyone on the phone for any type of question or to make an appt. You're just on an endless loop of holding music. I have never experienced this with a doctor's office! They also don't update their portal and recently placed the wrong patient's information under the portal which is a HIPAA violation. Like please talk to your staff about answering calls and making sure the right it's information is placed under the correct health portal!
