From my first claim years ago with CIB to my recent claim with them has been nothing short of amazing. They are professional, prompt, understanding and efficient. You dont wait hours on the phone for assistance or feedback. You do not speak to hundreds of people. Thank you CIB for your great service. It is appreciated.
If ever there was a company who made it difficult for themselves to do customer service properly then it's these guys. I can't call in to manage any of my own admin directly, I need to do it through my broker, so every bit of info or process is done twice and I have to wait twice as long to sort out admin. They are cheaper than the rest, but I'd honestly consider going with Outsurance, Momentum or one of the other retail insurance companies who you can quickly call on a toll free number and sort out what you want.
Well maintained office space.
The worst service ever. No communication with clients. You will fight until you give up.
