We have used Ciavarelli four times with our loved ones. And each time Bill has always been caring and showed compassion. He helped us every step of the way. He was always available by texts, email and responded right away. He went above and beyond to help us out even after the funeral home with personal matters with the death certificate

Working with Bill Ciavarelli made a difficult situation become bearable. Bill was extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding as there was no rush in making decisions. From the beginning to the end, Bill Ciavarelli and family truly made this experience a celebration of life. I highly recommend the Ciavarelli Family Funeral Home.
