Treated like crap. Sign says the place closes at 11pm, but when we arrive at 9:30pm was told the kitchen is closed and the bar closes at 11pm. Plenty of seated people getting food while we have to get to go. Not worth it. Update! Got to our room, shared our “calzone” with my wife, but no Parmesan and no tomato sauce. Went at 9:00pm when they close at 11. We were told we can't sit inside because they're closing soon. We were sat at 9:05 waited for 15 mins and a server had not even come over to take drink orders. Rude staff who were more worried about closing than severing guests. If I could give 0 stars I would
I have severe food allergies, mainly garlic, and onions. So I was hesitant to call an Italian restaurant for dinner reservations. I called ahead and spoke with Alex. She didn't even hesitate just said come on in and we’ll take care of you. Upon arrival, Kassandra made it her mission to make our experience a lasting one. She worked closely with the chef and created a delicious plate of penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. What a wonderful experience. Good food, great atmosphere. I was really disappointed with the pizza. It was awful and nothing like a proper pizza should be. The sauce was dripping out everywhere, making it soggy and messy instead of flavorful. It felt more like a plate of sauce with some dough than an actual pizza. Very disappointing experience, especially for an Italian restaurant where you expect authentic and well-made pizza.
Both our meals were very disappointing. A seafood bowl had empty shells, the muscles did not open, the shrimp was over cooked. The ravioli special had braised beef filler. There was too much sauce and the beef was dry. We left unsatisfied.
