Absolutely horrible customer service for those ordering through Facebook. Super slow response, if you got a response at all. Would have been a regular customer for this boutique. I finally called to try to order and they wouldn’t honor sale bc I didn’t order the day they posted sale. I tried! I sent numerous Facebook messages during the sale period.
No one has gotten back to me about two pair of boots I wanted to order. I called 3 times emailed twice and fb message twice. So disappointed
The question is never IF they'll have something I love. It's always "which things that I love am I going to have to put back because I can't afford to buy the whole store?" And as if the clothing and accessory selection wasn't a good enough reason to be a loyal customer, you won't find better service anywhere. The owners and their staff are absolutely fantastic people. #youhadmeatciao

I never review anything, but I have to say I am very impressed with Ciao Bella's customer service. Aubree is AMAZING! She spent so much time helping me over the phone and even took the time to send me pics! Thanks so much for being so helpful and making my shopping experience with y'all the best!
