Joe is friendly, super helpful and honest. I get terrible anxiety when I have to take a car to be serviced or inspected for a pink slip - as I have had several intimidating experiences at different mechanics. However, when I visited Joe’s shop for the first time this week - the experience was completely stress free. I spoke to Joe about my car concerns and he was so helpful and honest - talking through my options.
