I go to this location to get my Envinity shots for my osteoporosis. I have had 2 incidents where I have waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room to get a shot that takes less than 5 minutes and see that they let other patients go in ahead of me! Today there wasn’t even anyone manning the check-in desk! Deplorable way to treat people!
It's not easy suddenly being told that our 90 year old Dad has leukemia; it changes our life! But we are dealing with it day by day and Ciano center is a good place to receive care. We appreciate that the doctors and staff listen to our concerns. They are friendly and we do notice the little things that make my Dad feel more comfortable...they laugh at his silly jokes; even when he repeats them every week. They treat him with respect on every visit. Photo shows "cool Jack" waiting for his treatment in their comfy chairs.
