Doctor Michael cinfronie is a wonderful family Doctor and very honest. I would highly recommend him he actually listens and takes good care of u wonderful person. And he works very hard .
I have experienced long wait times with Dr. Shams on multiple occasions. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 12:30 p.m., I arrived at 12:20 p.m., and was not seen until approximately 1:30 p.m. The waiting room was nearly empty at the time. I understand delays happen, but waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment has become a recurring issue. Since the original Doctor, Dr Trapman left years ago this place has taken in triple the patients. Seems to be all about more quantity instead of more quality. Dr.Kims assistant made us go on a wild goose chase trying to find our daughters medication, come to find out she didn't even send the prescription to the pharmacy "she forgot". If they are fully booked and you happen to go to a walk in clinic because you are in need, they will cancel you as a patient.

The office secretary is very rude. She spoke over me, would not let me get a word in. Put me on hold and had an attitude. Also my son saw a doctor there Dr Joseph and his dosage was way off for a child. When we went to the pharmacy they said it was completely wrong and too high. I called the doctor to advise him after I did some calculations myself based on my child’s weight and he got defensive. So we have both left this clinic and found better care.
