The office secretary is very rude. She spoke over me, would not let me get a word in. Put me on hold and had an attitude. Also my son saw a doctor there Dr Joseph and his dosage was way off for a child. When we went to the pharmacy they said it was completely wrong and too high. I called the doctor to advise him after I did some calculations myself based on my child’s weight and he got defensive. So we have both left this clinic and found better care.
Honestly, another amazing review. I emailed them on Sunday night asking for a Monday appointment. Unfortunately, my family doctor is away the month of January but that didnt stop them they got me in to see Dr. Michael. He is honestly such an easy going guy. He was able to reassure me that it didnt appear anything serious was causing my nausea and GI upset for over a week, that it was most likely just a bug. Michael has been my doctor for as long as I can remember. He has known me most of my life and never hesitates to make sure I am ok. He is patient, kind, and most importantly - down to earth.
