The place to go before you go to China! Helpful, friendly, professional service. Patiently answered all our questions and processed our visas quickly and efficiently. Office is upstairs in the Asia Mall.

CIAC was very professional and helped me process three Chinese visas for myself and my two daughters. It was an easy process and well worth the cost (rather than having to drive or fly down to the embassy in Chicago). They were also quite responsive over the phone and email to my questions.

CIAC provided us with an incredibly stressful and horrible experience. Their service was marked by dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Adding to our frustration, their GM, Melody Zhou 周舒, resorted to bullying and threats in an attempt to extort an additional $100 from us—a charge that was never discussed upfront.
