I would like to comment on my terrible experience on trying to get a reservation. I tried several times and each time was a different excuse. Also, the catering manager was very short and rude when she finally returned my call.
The restaurants at the Culinary Institute of America offer a dining experience and quality of presentation and flavor that is among the best in the world. All at a beautiful Hudson Valley setting and a price that won't empty your bank account.
