They had the car nice and clean and I also really liked there service the person who was there giving us the car was very respectful and nice.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! CIA employees write and add CIA positive feedback to Google. Purchased a car/ drug mule from CIA. I knew very little about buying used cars, found out later that Federal Law requires that dealerships put a Buyers Guide on or in the car to help guide people buying a car. CIA did not have Buyers Guides on any of the cars in their lot. A couple of weeks ago I went to have my cabin air filter changed and there were drugs- oxycodone -stashed in the filthy cabin air filter compartment. Something CIA had appa... read more
I have used CIA Autoplex-Gluckstadt for a year now, and am very pleased with the care I have received. Wonderful staff are accommodating and deliver service with respect, dignity, and efficiency, even in unscheduled appointments. The waiting area is very clean, relaxing, and stocked with delicious snacks and water. It helps so much while you are anxiously waiting for your car. This is all topped with affordable prices and service that lasts. I recommend CIA Autoplex-Gluckstadt for your vehicle needs.
