Decent credentials. Probably good at radiology. But the billing department follows simple protocols then turns your account over to a collection agency. Since he is the manager and owner, it presents a poor image because its aggressive through lack of effort to communicate. This is not a caring approach, rather uncaring and mediocre in business management.
