I bought a $100 dollar swimsuit (Golden Zebra Triangle Top and bottoms) and within one wash all of the gold came off of it ( see the missing gold dots in the photo) and it is unwearable now. Customer service hasn’t even answered my call to address it. Shein is better quality at this point.
Clearly this company doesn’t know how many companies sell swimwear. Ridiculous return policy (7 days- even around the holidays)! Do yourself a favor and keep on moving. Literally zero reason to bother shopping here and awful customer service. These guys won’t be around for long. Frustrating as they have some cute designs but they can’t get out of their own way.
This is the shadiest business I have ever dealt with. Purchased a bathing suit, and sent back 2 days later and they claimed the top was damaged and refused to refund me for the top. I returned both items in the exact condition they arrived in within days of receiving them. Shop Paula Vix Hermanny instead. Better suits and customer service
