Very unprofessional!!!!!!! She answered the phone like it eas her personal line. She stated that she gets so many silicate phone calls that she doesn't just don't know anymore. I told her about a trip already planned and she was asking me why didn't I have them plan the trip I called her about...!! I just hung up cause she was unprofessional and lazy!!! Foh!!!
