Corey is an inspirational instructor with an insurmountable amount of energy! Would recommend for any starting or experienced individual.
I have been blessed to be a part of the Chyme community way before it became a realization for Corey. The energy here is light, fun and instructive without a competitive feeling. Corey is a wonderful guide into relaxing bliss and I would recommend anyone to try her class or any class at her studio.
