Love this clinic !
Due to an emergency filling required, Dr. Hilarie Ng and her team were able to miraculously fit me in for a same day appointment (on a weekend no less). Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly.
Doctor Gilbert has a razor sharp intellect, but also a very kind person who alleviated my anxiety regarding dental treatment. Staff was very welcoming too. My procedure went so smooth even the freezing needle didn’t hurt. Highly recommend this clinic, seems like a hidden gem in Calgary.
我原本在西北的牙齒診所用了兩三年服務，感覺服務質素很一般，（例如洗牙要分幾次洗，補牙亦要重做，etc) 希望找另一間試吓，聽朋友介紹她用的CHV很不錯，於是今個月自己和三位小朋友𨍭去CHV洗牙服務和囗腔檢查, 感覺很滿意! 首先多謝dental receptionist Maggie Yeung 有效和妥善地安排看牙前文件，保險事宜和appointment bookings,然後感謝Dr Matthew Ng 耐心檢查我和小朋友口腔問題，專業解答我們的疑問和提供很好的建議，因為有兩位小朋友有bracelet 所以要額外處理、另外多謝一班很好的Dental Hygienist 如Jara, Sunny ，etc 很細心和溫柔地清洗牙齒，感覺很潔淨！ 本人亦很喜歡此診所的私隱度高感覺很舒適！ 今次我們四位很滿意CHV的服務亦不怕麻煩寫留言樂意分享給朋友們作參考！ I would like to say big thanks to Dr Matthew Ng, Dental Hygienist Jara, Sunny (there are few more but sorry I forgot her names), Dental Receptio... read more
