Downgrading to 3 stars, paying premium subscription for a few reasons, one is the lift lab. Looks like they are not maintaining it as there is no AC and one of the fans is not working, fees like a sauna. It been like that for a month and nobody does anything to fix it.
I really like Chuze gyms, and since I move around a lot between Riverside and Pomona, there are convenient locations. I was so excited when the Riverside location opened, and overall it’s been nice and the people have been really kind and friendly. It’s a big open space and I never feel intimidated or like there’s too many people that I can’t get to what I need. However, the women’s locker room is a mess. My stepdad has always had premium membership with chose fitness over 10years. He decided to come to the one in riverside today and the young guy that was working the front desk gave him a hard time. Told him he had to download the app when his use to swiping his membership card. Told my step dad that he couldn’t swipe his card. Muy groseros los receptionists, mi novio tiene la member premium y en todos Los otros gyms no dejan entrar, en Riverside no nos dejaron entrar, el vino de Escondido Ca solo a conocerlo, muy mala experience, yo personalmente lo estaba recimendando porque me en otras ciudades me han tratado Muy bien pero aqui en Riverside fue una decepcion la atencion al cliente, definitely jamas voy a volver ni a recomendarlo a nadien😠☹️
