Gym: 5 star. Amenities, classes, staff are a great value for the money. The gym is clean and has a great atmosphere. Kids Club (the club’s daycare): 2 stars, barely usable. The staff here are very nice and seem competent. However, half the time I try to use this, the wait is around 45 minutes. Pair this with classes that will charge you a fee for not attending and a generally busy schedule, and it becomes a mess. They banned a guy for absolutely no reason. This crazy guy kept yelling threatening his life, nothing was done. Why is the antagonist not banned, and the victim banned?! Do better.
I have been a member of this gym since opening day had a tour with Cali and had a great experience with signing up, learning about where everything is located and all the amenities the gym has to offer. The staff is amazing, always greeting the members and are constantly doing a great job keeping the gym clean. I am here to speak for the machines that need a trainer to help rehabilitate their pulled hammy and be able to have a speedy recovery for example the hamstring machine has been out since the beginning of the season. I’m revising my rating because chuze listened and tripled the men’s locker room size. Thanks for making the change so fast! Everything else was awesome and facility is always clean. Great gym
