Quoted a “quick fix,” performed unauthorized work, charged $530, and refused to explain the bill. Unprofessional, unauthorized charges, and extremely disrespectful behavior. Before bringing my car in, I clearly explained the issue: a specific electrical A/C problem (turning on/off). The system was already working and recently serviced. I highly recommend that anyone who is having issues with their vehicle to book an appointment with Chuy. He is a very impressive man, and I feel very pleased with his level of service.
