I bring my son here. Allan has always done a really good job cleaning him up and listening to what he wants. The shop is clean and there's plenty of seating. Will keep coming here as long as Allan is here.
I scheduled an appointment to have my son’s hair cut for a picture day. Upon arriving at the barbershop, I was informed that there had been a double booking of two appointments. I arrived at 6:00 PM, but the barber who was present indicated that he had a 7:00 PM appointment, and they were unable to accommodate my son’s request. Despite driving all the way from Rowland Heights, I was ultimately informed that we had made an error. This incident exemplifies poor communication and frustration.
