One of my favorite places to eat in Hamburg. Most of the time the service is good. Food always out fast and delicious. My only complaint is that it’s usually really loud due to there always being big parties eating together. Oh yeah, and if they ask if you need sour cream, say no because there will be an extra $1-$2 on the bill just for a scoop of it.
If there’s a problem ask for Aaron or Alysha (spelling?). Super friendly will make your order right and bend over backwards to make you happy. The staff is so friendly they will literally tell you to take the tiles off the wall to line your bathroom

Best not to eat here if you're a man with children. You'll get the cops called on you if your child is crying. I got to have my dinner soured as I watched as police pulled up, with cherries and berries, and interviewed a family enjoying their dinner because, from what I can gather, one of the servers called the police on them because their young child was crying.
