I recently visited Chuy’s on Monday and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the two hostesses were rude and acted like we were a bother. Things only got worse from there. After getting our food, I found a hair in my meal, which was completely disgusting. I asked to speak with a manager hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but unfortunately he was just as rude as the staff. No apology, no concern, nothing. Simple, fun, family friendly place. We enjoyed the whole experience. The service was friendly, the food was really quite delicious and overall relaxed and fun time! My only beef is the water tasted like it was from a hose outback. To be fair, is that even a real complaint? I have been spoiled with bottled water. Seriously, great place! My whole family had a wonderful evening and that is worth so much!
This place is always a great place to hang out and have a free drinks while enjoying their free nacho bar for Happy Hour from 4pm-7pm. We always have a pleasant time a nd our servers and bartenders are excellent. We especially enjoy JC and Olivia at the Nicholasville Road location!
