Had the custom burrito, very good and very large. You get to pick your side and what sauce you want on it. I went with green chili, my wife had the smoky sauce. Both were very good. The boom boom sauce is also a winner. This has become my favorite place for tex mex. We had an awesome waitress also.
I've always liked Chuy's but it has been getting a little worse each time lately. I went there last week and got my usual, Chuychanga. About halfway through I realized the chicken was burnt. Not kinda, very burnt. Like charcoal burnt. I stopped eating it and didn't complain. Woke up at 3am with my stomach feeling like it was doing backflips while getting punched by Mike Tyson in his prime. So, yeah, I think I'm done with Chuy's.
Food took long to be served. Food is more of a Tex-Mex. Portions are filling.
