This place used to be legit before Covid. They should bring back the happy hour Queso Bar! I would start going back more often.
After 4 dirty plates, I give up on this local Chuy’s… such a shame cuz everywhere else they’re great. See the pink stuff? It was gooey, sticky & crusty on 4 plates. Not gonna lie at off dirty dishes!
The last time we went to the restaurant, the queso was served cold. When we spoke with a manager, he said the guacamole made the cheese cold. Yes, guacamole is cold, but melted cheese is hot... unless it is sitting out for a long time before it is served. Now, our DoorDash order is taking so long for Chuy's to make (over 1 hour) that our Dasher quit. Good management fixes systemic issues.
Waited 1 hour for our food didn’t even get refills silverware until I had to ask for it. Hostess just threw the menus on the table didn’t even say anything after we had already waited 45 minutes.
