Worst place to pickup online orders from. Stood there for 10 minutes and was ignored by 4 employees. Never greeted. Peaked in kitchen and saw the order sitting on the shelf getting cold while I was ignored. They don’t care about customers who order online. I finally had to yell at someone in the kitchen to help me.
Chuy’s was an excellent dining experience. The Tex-Mex food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The tacos, enchiladas, and signature dishes were delicious, the chips and salsa were a great start, and the service was friendly and attentive. A fun atmosphere and great flavors make this a must-visit!
I have to give a shout-out to our server Alex. We sat on the patio yesterday evening because the weather was unusually cool for Denton - we were the only table occupied out there. You would have thought we were his only table! He was attentive to us, friendly, and just overall some of the best service I've had at a restaurant all summer. The food was yummy as usual but the patio + weather + Alex made it so enjoyable.
