Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Laura, the customer service supervisor, was extremely rude when I explained that I spent almost $1,000 with their company and would like a prepaid label to return a pair of goggles that were unusable due to gapping. I've ordered quite a bit and they have always come through. Very responsive and attentive. Great people all around.. thanks ChutingStar.. So new update, I ordered a simple 6 pull-up cords, and a medium replacement band for my alti. What did I get, only a whole lot more!!!!! They overwhelmed me with pull-up cords, wrist band was perfect. To top it off, wait for it, I got a sticker and some Starburst. Tasty treats !! YUMMMMMMM!!!! Gotta say I’m not one to write reviews. But I got so much extra time on my hands since I can’t make money right now. I’m pretty disappointed with my last order. Big rigging purchase that I made on February 20th, I just now today got my tracking number for on April 15th. That’s a 54 day waiting period on something I was told would take 2-3 weeks for the order to be completed. I’ve ordered a few times from ChutingStar over the years and I’ve always had good experiences but recently I had a really great experience after I mistakenly had my order shipped to the wrong address. They were super responsive when I reached out and got it back out to me as quick as possible when it got back to them. Really appreciated the care and effort they made to resolve the issue.
