I’ve ordered a few times from ChutingStar over the years and I’ve always had good experiences but recently I had a really great experience after I mistakenly had my order shipped to the wrong address. They were super responsive when I reached out and got it back out to me as quick as possible when it got back to them. Really appreciated the care and effort they made to resolve the issue. The customer service was HORRIBLE and i do not suggest buying from them or upt EVER! It took them 1 year to get me my rig and throughout that year they were very condicending and rude to me when i would message them to ask how much longer it would be.(which was about every 3-4 months) Everytime i asked they would say about 4 more weeks and then they would not say anything for another 3 months and i would then message them asking again how long and why they couldn't let me know that it got pushed back more. I have bought all my gear from chutingstar and was extremely happy with them until recently. 1st, the gear bag i bought is horrible. Two of my clips have completely broke and all of the seams are coming apart. Many people I have jumped with, have had the same problems. That was my 1st waste of money. 2nd, I just purchased the nitrofly light for night jumps and was immediately told by many ST & As that it's absolutely inefficient for night jumps and I will not be allowed to use it.
