My go to place for my skydiving and wingsuiting goodies. Very informative staff.
Gotta say I’m not one to write reviews. But I got so much extra time on my hands since I can’t make money right now. I’m pretty disappointed with my last order. Big rigging purchase that I made on February 20th, I just now today got my tracking number for on April 15th. That’s a 54 day waiting period on something I was told would take 2-3 weeks for the order to be completed. I’ve ordered a few times from ChutingStar over the years and I’ve always had good experiences but recently I had a really great experience after I mistakenly had my order shipped to the wrong address. They were super responsive when I reached out and got it back out to me as quick as possible when it got back to them. Really appreciated the care and effort they made to resolve the issue. Thanks again guys!
I needed a CYPRES AAD and Chutingstar had the item on the shelf ready to ship. No waiting around. 10/10 thank you guys.
The customer service was HORRIBLE and i do not suggest buying from them or upt EVER! It took them 1 year to get me my rig and throughout that year they were very condicending and rude to me when i would message them to ask how much longer it would be.(which was about every 3-4 months) Everytime i asked they would say about 4 more weeks and then they would not say anything for another 3 months and i would then message them asking again how long and why they couldn't let me know that it got pushed back more.
