I have bought all my gear from chutingstar and was extremely happy with them until recently. 1st, the gear bag i bought is horrible. Two of my clips have completely broke and all of the seams are coming apart. Many people I have jumped with, have had the same problems. That was my 1st waste of money. 2nd, I just purchased the nitrofly light for night jumps and was immediately told by many ST & As that it's absolutely inefficient for night jumps and I will not be allowed to use it. I paid $20 to have my order shipped to me. I received a defective item and I’m told I have to pay another $20 to ship it back to them. So, I just flushed $40 down the toilet through this endeavor. The return process made me want to commit suicide. I’ll never order anything from this company again.
After paying I never recieved my order and they don't reply to my emails.
These guys are Legends...they sent me a spare part free of charge for my old helmet..superb customer service and it shows that they really care about their customers and the sport...thanks
